Genoveva Chavez Community Center
Oct 25, 2010 by bonny from santa few
Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5

  • Great place
  • Watch your items.

“This is a great place for anyone who is into fitness. There's swimming, outdoor walking trails, somewhat of a gym, and ice skating. The only drawback of this place: Keep an eye on your possessions at all times. When I went to the front desk to complain, I was kind of shocked at how the personnel didn't seem to care. It seems like an everyday occurence.”

Loretto Chapel (The)

  • Beautiful architecture, excellent location and beautiful city.
  • None.

“I got married here and it was the most romantic wedding ever! I highly recommend the Lorette Chapel for a smallish wedding like ours was.”

Santa Fe National Forest
Nov 12, 2005 by IZAAK2 from Aiken, SC (See all reviews by IZAAK2)
Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9

  • Hiking trails
  • $5 day use fees

“Even following the unfortunate fire several years ago this public forest is well worth the short drive from Santa Fe. Awe inspiring views and geological features in the Valle Grande can be followed with fishing and/or hiking along the Jemez River. There are several excellent campgrounds and picnic areas, and far too many trails to see in a week. Plus, you can stop by the Bandelier National Monument on the way here or back.”
