- Wonderful quality, daughters are happy, incredible sights, a very happy birthday.
- Pricey, far from home.
“Me and my twin daughters went there to celebrate their 10th birthday. We had the Deluxe party on, so we got a gift-shaped cake with sparky candles on it. Katie and Kristy blew the candles together. Also, the waiters even sang them Happy Birthday! The meal was good (though not excellent) but it is a lot of money. For dessert, we got a slice of the birthday cake and a pot of chocolate mousse with a daisy flower on it! There was also pink ribbon hairties to tie the napkins that we may take home. My girls loved it! The cake was excellent, my daughters even said it was the best birthday cake they ever tasted. After the whole birthday party, we toured the whole place. It was a Tuesday, so it wasn't crowded at all. My daughters each got a doll (Julie and JLY 25) plus a few accessories and clothing for them. I definitely recommend this place!”

- Liked the promise of information for Christmas.
- When I dialed the number all I got was information from June, I called in October.
“The phone number gave no information at all. Just like NYC all hot air and no information. I will be going to Branson, MO for Christmas.”

- Beautiful view.
- Crowds, long time in line, expensive, tourist-trap feel.
“This is the quintessential tourist trap. It's worth doing once in a lifetime, but so much money just to stand in line and fight a huge crowd! After purchasing $20 tickets (each) we moved along quickly and up into the 1st elevator ride only to find a long, long, slow-moving line. We seriously stood in line for 45 minutes just to get into the 2nd elevator which went to the 102nd floor. Once on the observation deck, there was a huge crowd which made it difficult to get to the front and really look out over the city. Then we were told one elevator was broken, so all who looked healthy were sent down 6 flights of steps until we could catch a working down-elevator. The scary part was that there were a lot more of those chain-and-post line assemblies, so we weren't even there at a peak traffic time!”

- Peaceful and gorgeous.
- Rickshaw operators kept offering rides. A bit annoying, but part of the experience, I guess.
“Definitely a must if you've been touring the busy city. It was breathtaking to walk in a quiet, grassy park and look up through tree limbs at that beautiful NYC skyline. The traffic noise, even though nearby, was minimal and all I noticed was the beautiful landscaping, including natural rock outcroppings that were open for climbing on. In most places they'd be roped off to preclude lawsuits, but we walked all over them, and saw several others napping, sitting, reading, etc.”

- Fireman's memorial was very touching. Beautiful.
- Noisy construction and a barrier all around the site. Nothing to see unless you pay for the tour.
“The fireman's memorial was great, but the gallery and tour cost $10 per person to look down at a construction site. Compared to other attractions, maybe that's cheap and the money goes to the nonprofit organization, but it seemed like it should be a free tour so that everyone will go.”
