  • The location was convenient.
  • Bad odor in our first room, the staff was accommodating and moved us but the other room smelled of mold.

“This hotel is in need of a face-lift, new carpets, special attention to cleaning walls, elevators, etc. Just didn't have a good feel to it. Needs to freshen up!”

  • Room keys were constantly failing and needed recoding.

“Great downtown location, free parking, free WiFi, free breakfast, free shuttle. Amazing value. A little dated, rooms and grounds could use an update, but still a nice option near the convention center, performing arts and Temple Square.”
