• Pleasing decor, safe, and convenient to town.
• Hard to keep bathroom neat, the sink design causes splashes all over the counter.

“I have stayed here twice and it meets my expectations for cleanliness, convenience, safety, and attractiveness. I don't think it a 4-star hotel, though. It is nice, but not luxurious. The service is good, but not exceptional.”

• Location, nice public spaces, available computer.
• Beds way too small, sink did not drain, no breakfast.

• Beautiful, warm, upscale room in a hotel with a Mediterranean feel.

“The hotel was in a convenient location - downtown Los Gatos and was close to restaurants and shops. The exterior of the hotel was beautiful - reminiscent of a Mediterranean or Tuscany-type architecture. The decor inside was a mix of antiques and warm woods. They had a wine tasting night on Wednesday night. They had an underground parking that made parking very convenient. This was a fabulous hotel and we will definitely stay there again.”
