• Comfortable room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows.
• The shower could have been hotter water.

• Friendly staff and 24 hour pool.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“ We were looking for a clean, safe hotel with a pool as a stopover on our way to Oregon. We were not disappointed. We loved that the pool was open 24 hours. The area outside the pool windows was lined with tall trees to make it look nicer. The breakfast was great more than just muffins and coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Because of our positive experience, we chose to stay again at this hotel on our way back from Oregon.

• We loved the pool, not too crowded and the breakfast too.
• The lady at the front desk on was really rude.

• Very clean and quiet. Most of all we could bring our pets.
• There was no restaurant.

“We were surprised how clean our room was. This is the first time we have traveled with our two small dogs. They did well. I expected to find traces of the last pet that was there but there was not. We like it so well that we stayed at a Best Western in Kennewick WA.”

• Super clean, hot cookies & cocoa each evening, cinnamon rolls and hot cereal available in the morning...... My favorite place!!!!
• Unfortunately...Most flight package deals do not include this hotel. I always have to book this hotel separately.

“This is the best hotel in Caldwell. It is VERY clean.... and you can't even smell the Rodeo which is very close!! Their breakfast items include cinnamon rolls, bagel selection. yogurt selection, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, instant hot cereal, coffee, hot cocoa, hot cider, and 2 or 3 juice selections with free newspapers in a cozy dining room with a view of their dining patio and pond. Nice indoor heated pool & jacuzzi with available pool towels. Workout room with TV. There is an available Internet connection if you can ever figure it out!!!”
