“Close to downtown, where I was doing business and my wife was shopping. Staff was great and upgraded us to a bigger room. Has a pool, but we didn't use it. Restaurant on property has great food. I was up here on business, but Sandpoint looks like a great town to visit in the summer. Will stay again.”

“This hotel is overpriced and is only successful because Sandpoint ID has a room shortage.”

“I've stayed at this hotel before so I already knew what it would be like, it's not really worth the $.”

“This hotel worked great for my brother and I. We needed an inexpensive room for one night while visiting a friend in Sandpoint and this was perfect. The room was nicely decorated; great TV, clean, and having the hot tub and diner were great bonuses. If we pass thru Sandpoint again we will book with the Quality Inn again for sure.”

“The rest of the staff are untrained and rude. I would not recommend this hotel until it is under new management and they learn how to train their employees to treat their guests.”

“It is close to Downtown Sandpoint. It is good for a family with kids because of the pool. Convenient having the restaurant close.”

“The key card lock on our room door malfunctioned. We were offered another room, but we had already unpacked. The hotel staff opened our room every time we returned to the hotel with a pleasant smile. They also reduced our room rate due to the inconvenience. Great staff!”

“Nothing to be excited about. Away from what little tourism Sandpoint offers, our room included a corridor to stuff us in back, next to a railroad siding. When they say "no view," they mean it, but even the rooms with a view only look over the parking lot and highway. Room was only slightly better than the average "Motel 6" or "Super 8" but at the price point of a Marriot or Hyatt mid-level property.”
