• Service staff was excellent and went above and beyond.
• The bathroom shower tub was a bit creak since it was an over the tub replacement.

“Quiet, clean, and well placed facility friendly, and accommodating staff.”

• The room we stayed in was nice and roomy, and the breakfast was good.
• The two rooms we had did not get cleaned, no fresh towels or sheets.

“The hotel was fine except they didn't clean our rooms and it didn't have a swimming pool. It wasn't spectacular but it suited our needs.”

• The motel was very helpful with information to help us get to our friend's house. They always greeted us as if we were family.
• I can not think of anything.

“The motel was as nice as some of the 3 & 4 star motels that I have stayed in at a lot more money.”

• The staff and breakfast were wonderful.
• Very small room.

“This is very close to the ski area so prices were higher then in Spokane. Their staff was very nice and made up for the small rooms which are why it is considered an economy hotel. The starter breakfast is you choice of cereal, waffles or muffins with coffee juice and milk. We really enjoyed the waffles.”

• Didn't like anything.
• Poor customer service, no one there to help us.

“At 12 in the night we reached hotel and hotel people refused to give us room and canceled our reservation. As My wife was 7 months pregnant with 3 kids in the car we had really difficult time finding another place to live at middle of the night.”

• The location was convenient.
• Room smelled horrid, garbage can overflowing outside side entrance, bad pillows, room smelled horrid again, I had to go to them to get a spray.

“The hotel was in a good location for our purpose but the room smelled very bad, carpets were stained, there was an overflowing garbage by the side entrance they directed to, the entrance had no security lock. When I called the front desk for the smell, they said they had a room deodorizing spray I could come and use. They should have brought it to me and house keeping should have already sprayed, very poor.”
