• Somehow they had us down for 3 nights when our website confirmation clearly stated one night.

• Fridge in cabinet, lots of mirrors, king bed, and quiet.
• Stain on the sheet.

“I was shocked at the 1/4" depth of gross mold all along the bottom of the sliding glass door to deck. There is black mold around bath tub starting to form. A little
got on our top sheet and I would
think the room attendant would change that, but I was wrong. I hope the sheets got changed for the next person.”

• Spacious, friendly staff, wonderful waiter, and QUIET!
• A bit old.

“Our GPS got us right to the hotel without any problems, the parking was very adequate and the desk clerks were most friendly. Room was nice, not exceptional, but sufficient. Bathroom door showed the age of the building but otherwise they've done a good job of keeping things updated.”

• Close to my business meetings.
• No
  air conditioning,
  no wake up call
  - despite asking for one!!

“It was alright for the price. We have stayed in much worse from Priceline , however, this hotel was rated the highest available for this city. It was quite old, so there was no air conditioner - well....not one that worked. We asked for a wakeup call at 6:45. There was no call at all.”

• Good environment, and nice staff.
• The beds are not fit for low room temperature.

“We stayed here for 6 days, very good place to live. The fitness room is wonderful. The only thing I don't like is the bed. Although it's very comfortable, it feels too warm at night even when the room temperature is very low. If the bed temperature isn't a problem for you, I guess it's OK.”

• The friendly staff.
• So outdated in the sheet department. That is a total turn off for me.

“ We usually love the red lion. This time, after telling them I am a light sleeper, they gave us a room at the end of the hall, that should be quiet, there was a broken fan, and when I went to the front desk, the other woman said that they have had complaints. Everyone at the front desk should know that. Very important. We moved to a location right across the street from the girl bar, thank goodness it was a wed. night. Then at 6:30 am, the fire alarm went off. calling the front desk to see what to do , no one knew what was happening. that is unacceptable. ”

• The staff was very willing to move me upstairs to a better room when I asked, because the room on the first floor smelled of cigarette smoke.
• The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of the first-floor wing and in the first-floor room.

“Friendly staff, nice rooms. French onion and apple soup was excellent. Breakfast buffet was in the OK category.”

• I liked that it was non-smoking.
• We did not have enough beds. We did not get to swim in the pool it is out doors. We did not get to eat there it was closed.

“This would be a good place to stay for someone on a business trip. Its just off main street close to everything you would need to do. They do have wireless Internet available. You can dine in for a price and you can sit in the hot tub to relax if its open.”

• The staff was very helpful in many areas during our visit.
• At first it was hard to locate.

“ The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel is always extremely important to us when we travel. The staff at this Red Lion Hotel was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We went down to the bar and was treated exceptionally good by the bar tender and visited the restaurant the following morning and the service was very good. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would have preferred is to have to have had a queen or king bed instead of two full size beds. ”
