  • We liked the lounge and the support that they give for the local football team.
  • We stayed in room. We could hear everything in the room next to us all night.

“The staff was friendly. Lounge service was good. There were no towels in the pool area, but otherwise clean and kids were having a good time. The noise level that we heard from the room was unacceptable-we were up basically all night.”

  • The price!
  • Pool and spa were on the cold side.

“This was a wonderful deal and I would easily stay here again.”

  • Everything was amazing especially for the price. Front desk very helpful. Pool was so much fun with the movie screen even for us old folks!
  • Hotel was very full and parking was an issue. Didn't park near our room either night we were there.

“I will come back again and again to this hotel. Room was great, pool was awesome and the hotel staff was so helpful. We got to Boise early and they were more that happy to let us check in early. We really should have paid a lot more for this room.”

  • Cheap.
  • Is not a high star hotel but works for quick overnighters.

“The Hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway. When I arrived there was a party going on for the Local College Football team out front of the lobby which made it difficult to park in the mezzanine area to check in. The room was not ready yet for me to go in to so I had to wait and get my key later in the day. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The room was sufficient enough for a single traveler, though not high end at all it did the job at providing me a place to sleep, well.”

  • The room was redone; it was very nice. It had a new comfortable bed and nice linens.
  • The hallways are still dark and absolutely uninviting!

“This is a converted Holiday Inn which must have been built in the 70's or early 80's. It still has the very dated feel of a hotel built then with long, dark corridors and a tired feel. Once I got into my room I was pleasantly surprised to find it updated with nice amenities and a great bed.”

  • Person behind desk at check-in was very helpful.
  • Prices to eat were on the high side.

“It is very convenient for the air traveler.”

  • Clean, Quiet and a great value for the price we paid.
  • Could not find any luggage carts.

“I liked the hotel, staff and accommodations! I would stay here again!”

“Old, not an updated holiday inn like many are now. Not as nice as other 3 star properties I've stayed in the Boise area.”

  • Generally clean, free Internet and nice staff.
  • The chairs in the room could use a good cleaning.

“ The Holiday Inn Boise Airport is comfortable and has a very nice indoor pool and fitness center. Each room has an Ethernet cable for complimentary high speed access. The lobby area has WiFi. The room was generally clean especially in these days of bed bugs. ”

  • Close to Freeway and airport.
  • Minimal guest services. No breakfast of any kind.

“This was rated three stars, but the facilities and services were more on the 2 to 2.5 star level. Bathroom floor was crusty looking. Not even teabags provided in room for guests, only coffee, which is rare. No apples or anything for a traveler in a hurry to fly out. Clunky old style TV, hard to change channels. Used to have free week parking for each night stay, got rid of that too. Management seems to do everything to money, and cut services and quality in this ideally located Hotel. Too bad.”

“Old rooms that have been glossed over -- making the appearance of newer, but not. Room smelled and floors were dirty. Stairways and hallways old and dark and dirty. Definitely not the luxury we were hoping for when we picked a 4 star hotel for our 4 star weekend.”

  • Size of room, two beds, very clean towels and linen.
  • Poor TV reception, outdated bathroom.

“Our expectations were too high, considering the reputation of Holiday Inn. Overpriced for what they failed to provide: Decent t.v., fridge, microwave, even a continental breakfast.”

  • Good location and clean rooms.
  • No wireless Internet and unfriendly staff.

“This is an old motel and even though, the rooms are clean and well maintained, it is just getting old. The location here is one of the best in Boise, but Holiday Inn should tear this place down and build a new facility.”

“ They were old, the bathroom was dingy and small. Overall, it was very old fashioned. ”

  • Nice, clean rooms.

“The staff was very nice, just about everything was just a "little above average". This is a compliment. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.”

  • Location.
  • Not really a 3*. Rooms are old and worn.

“Reasonable place for a night. Not 3* as the rooms are getting a bit worn - pealing wallpaper in my room. AC unit was old and noisy.”

  • Clean bedding (even comforter) and had crib available.
  • Rooms near pool smell a little like chlorine.

“Excellent family-friendly hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. They also had crib, crib sheets, and baby blankets available upon request. The pool has a very nice 1 ft kid pool and a spacious pool with a TV picture projected on the wall. Very satisfied with my stay.”

  • I like the door out of the first floor that go straight to the pool area. I also liked the free internet access - thank you!
  • No fan in the bathroom. No continental breakfast.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.”

  • Comfortable beds.
  • Pool was extremely cold.

“The hotel was clean. The parking was convienent. The staff were helpful but the Pool was too cold to use.”
