“The staff was friendly. Lounge service was good. There were no towels in the pool area, but otherwise clean and kids were having a good time. The noise level that we heard from the room was unacceptable-we were up basically all night.”

“I will come back again and again to this hotel. Room was great, pool was awesome and the hotel staff was so helpful. We got to Boise early and they were more that happy to let us check in early. We really should have paid a lot more for this room.”

“The Hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway. When I arrived there was a party going on for the Local College Football team out front of the lobby which made it difficult to park in the mezzanine area to check in. The room was not ready yet for me to go in to so I had to wait and get my key later in the day. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The room was sufficient enough for a single traveler, though not high end at all it did the job at providing me a place to sleep, well.”

“This is a converted Holiday Inn which must have been built in the 70's or early 80's. It still has the very dated feel of a hotel built then with long, dark corridors and a tired feel. Once I got into my room I was pleasantly surprised to find it updated with nice amenities and a great bed.”

“Old, not an updated holiday inn like many are now. Not as nice as other 3 star properties I've stayed in the Boise area.”

“ The Holiday Inn Boise Airport is comfortable and has a very nice indoor pool and fitness center. Each room has an Ethernet cable for complimentary high speed access. The lobby area has WiFi. The room was generally clean especially in these days of bed bugs. ”

“This was rated three stars, but the facilities and services were more on the 2 to 2.5 star level. Bathroom floor was crusty looking. Not even teabags provided in room for guests, only coffee, which is rare. No apples or anything for a traveler in a hurry to fly out. Clunky old style TV, hard to change channels. Used to have free week parking for each night stay, got rid of that too. Management seems to do everything to money, and cut services and quality in this ideally located Hotel. Too bad.”

“Old rooms that have been glossed over -- making the appearance of newer, but not. Room smelled and floors were dirty. Stairways and hallways old and dark and dirty. Definitely not the luxury we were hoping for when we picked a 4 star hotel for our 4 star weekend.”

“Our expectations were too high, considering the reputation of Holiday Inn. Overpriced for what they failed to provide: Decent t.v., fridge, microwave, even a continental breakfast.”

“This is an old motel and even though, the rooms are clean and well maintained, it is just getting old. The location here is one of the best in Boise, but Holiday Inn should tear this place down and build a new facility.”

“The staff was very nice, just about everything was just a "little above average". This is a compliment. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.”

“Reasonable place for a night. Not 3* as the rooms are getting a bit worn - pealing wallpaper in my room. AC unit was old and noisy.”

“Excellent family-friendly hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. They also had crib, crib sheets, and baby blankets available upon request. The pool has a very nice 1 ft kid pool and a spacious pool with a TV picture projected on the wall. Very satisfied with my stay.”
