• Convenient location.
• The hotel is dated, bathrooms especially. Outside entrance made room cold and draughty.

“The room was well-appointed with microwave, fridge. Bed was OK. Bathroom was very outdated, poor shower. Could have been cleaner. Outside entrance made room cold and draughty. Heating unit did not function properly. Not a 2.5 star property.”

• Has an excellent pool, exercise room and hot tub.
• Internet was intermittently slow or would time out. But for the most part worked well.

• Very friendly Staff. Convenient and reasonable meals at restaurant

“Located in the beautiful Pocatello East side near all kinds of things. We enjoy staying in the area and to have a very comfortable hotel is great. The restaurant is reasonable for being in a hotel. Clean spacious and room to wander.”

“This Clarion was terrible. Supposed to be a 2.5 star. It was decrepid. I know they are remodeling, but it was NOT a 2.5 star. Very disappointed.”

• Great indoor pool with hot tub!

“Easy access off the freeway. Nice staff. Laundry facilities. Comfortable beds. Great indoor pool with hot tub! Very enjoyable stay... High recommendation!.”

• Everything was dirty; the tub was black, everything was dusty, bed was uncomfortable.

• Seemed clean and quiet, located where things were easy to get to in Pocatello.
• Appeared to be a bit run down on the outside and fixtures in rooms appeared a bit dated.

“Staff at hotel were friendly and overall was a good experience. It is a bit dated on some of the fixtures in the hotel.”

“The rooms were large and the bed very comfortable. We were on the side of the hotel away from the highway so it was very quiet! Ask for that when you check in! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good and very affordable!”

• It seemed low budget. Red Lion had less stars than this hotel and there's no way. This was a semi-dirty budget motel feeling place.

I was in had an outside access and didn't feel safe or comfortable.”

• Easy to find.
• Very small room.

“Cars parking next to the outdoor entrances were a nuisance. Some guest started his car outside our room at 4 AM and left it running for 20 minutes. It was awful! I didn't feel exactly safe at that point.”

• It was easy access from the Highway.
• It would have been nice to know that the hotel door faced the noisy interstate! Tub didn't work right had to change rooms.

“Our door opened to the noisy, busy interstate and we heard the traffic all night long. The initial room we were assigned the bathtub plug wouldn't seal. I have little kids who aren't big enough to shower so we had to pick up and change rooms.”

• The shower would not drain. It was a roll out shower and the bathroom floor had about 1 inch of water after a shower.

• Smoky bar, MT has a no smoking law. Phew!

• Clean rooms, nice staff.
• Very noisy in outside rooms, bad food.

“Overall, for the price this was a great place for families. The hotel food left little to be desired even if kids do eat free. The location is great and central to everything and the decor was pleasant. Would definitely stay again.”
