• Great location, only slightly confusing as there is another Best Western property in the same area.

“Just off the freeway it has pretty easy access. There is a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was included in the price. Staff was helpful and accommodating.”

• It was a 2 star hotel and yet the attention to detail was of an upper scale hotel.
• The location wasn't the best. It didn't take that long to get to where I needed to be though. It was well worth the drive.

“It was truly a pleasant stay all around. I didn't use the pool, but it was a good size and quite appealing.”

• Quiet, clean and easy access to the interstate, great free breakfast, exceeded my expectations for the value.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel again to anyone. Everything was very clean, very nice continental breakfast and good staff. This hotel exceeded my expectations for what we paid through Priceline.”

• Staff was always available for any questions, kept eating area clean and well stocked. Very friendly staff.
• Hallways smelled like smoke. Rooms did not have full curtains.

“Hotel was convenient to airport and downtown area. Lots of eating places around them. Great free breakfast”

• very good breakfast buffet offered with stay
• the parking lot was covered in compacted snow and ice

“Great place to stay, enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and the fact that the pool was open 24hrs. The rooms were very nice and included a mini fridge and coffee and a desk and a 2 seat table.”

• Beds very comfortable.
• Outside appearance.

“Rooms clean and comfortable, well worth staying here, only problem with the outside appearance is that it is very simple and plain, but then again I saw it at night not daytime.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Service was terrible, they had no clue. They completely ignored us.

• The swimming pool
• The staff did not know events going on in their town and I was billed twice and they referred me back to you for a credit, when it was their mistake

• Great value for the price. Good room, good service.
• The carpeting in the hallways was rather loud.

• Room was clean, location was convenient.
• I had to wait a long time at the front desk both to check in and check out (no staff at the desk) and was double charged.

“The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location was convenient to the highway. It was a little tricky to find because there are two Best Western hotels within 2 blocks of each other, so I started at the wrong one. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance after 12 hours in the car. I also had to wait for 5 minutes or so for a staff member to arrive at the front desk to check me in or out. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the staff didn't impress me.”
