• Clean, very nice amenities, updated, and comfortable.
• Everything was good!

“ I really like this hotel. The desk, dresser, and counters were very nice and definitely a new upgrade. The beds were very comfortable, although there was no king size bed available and I was traveling with my husband for our anniversary – bummer! Very clean and nicely quiet for sleeping in. Only thing I would suggest to the hotel is that one of the red fabric side chairs in the room was stained on the seat.

• Hallways to room smelled like smoke.

“Excellent price for an excellent room. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was convenient to the airport and to the horse show that we had come to see. We spent some time in the cocktail lounge watching a baseball playoff; everyone was very friendly and the lounge was casual and inviting. I would definitely stay at this hotel
and the price from PriceLine was great.”

• Free parking in back.
• This is an old Holiday Inn that had the open outside enclosed but it still was rundown even after the supposed renovation. Not a comfortable feeling!

• The words were attractive and fairly easy to negotiate in walking around.
• Noise level in the room due to plumbing. Stained bedspread.

“My expectations for a Wyndham were higher than what we encountered. Would I return to this particular hotel, probably not. The sound of pipes all during the night as well as a stained bedspread gave me the impression that the rooms and perhaps hotel are in neglect.”

• The layout is a little confusing and there were not any towels in the pool area.

“Enjoyed our stay very comfortable beds and pillows. The pool area is nice just needed towels. Great place!”

• New interior.
• No window to outside, smaller space than typical.

“This is a actually an outdoor corridor building, but the corridor is enclosed. Therefore there is no window that looks out the outside. Everything in the room was wet and we had some difficulty in sleeping. All my clothes became wet after sometime. I think this is due to the indoor pool, which made the air wet throughout the hotel. My bathroom toilet was clogged and did not drain, so I had to use the outside public bathroom. The staff was not interested in serving the guest. I had to wait 5 minutes while she was doing nothing in front of me.”

• I was able to walk to restaurants, be transported to different stores and the airport.
• Needed more guest computers available (at least two more) because the hotel had so many guests.

“I was very comfortable and pleased with the hotel, everything about it. They were accommodating and clean.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Staff were horrible, rooms were loud, one room was swampy (yes damp).

“ This place is less than you led me to believe it would be. It has a worn out haggard feel, the staff were not helpful whatsoever, and they put me in a smoking room and would not let me change rooms even though I checked in very early and there were more empty rooms than occupied by that hour - I had headaches and a cold afterward. The room, and I guess that whole wing of the hotel was damp - the sheets, the pillow cases the towels, carpet, etc.... ”
