• Nothing.
• Room quality and staff.

“I was placed in a handicap room where there was no shower curtain and the water ran all over the bathroom. The best suggestion they had was use towels to catch the water. My room smelled funny too. They had a coffee shop in the hotel, and the coffee tasted weird. Staff didn't seem to care to help much.”

• The location was great and the room was exceptional.
• They were doing some renovations and it was difficult to find the entrance.

“We spent most of our time at the pool with the kids and they loved it. It is family friendly. The beds were quite cozy. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance and some nice shopping too.”

• Positively did not enjoy it.

“When I reserved the room, told them we were honeymooning. A mint on the pillow would have been nice, but usually a Hotel of this stature would offer something more than a free newspaper. Our Honeymoon suite showed the top of the suspension bridge. We were lucky enough to see the local bird seating, drinking and expelling it on the roof around us.”

• I liked it's location to other eateries and public places.
• I didn't like that for the price, the rooms didn't have CD/DVD players in the rooms.

• Staff was friendly and a lot of amenities.
• Requested 4 times for a baby crib & they did not bring any sheets/blankets for it. The food from room service was cold & I did not receive all of it.

“This hotel was fine. The price for a weekend stay was ok. It wasnt too hard to find and to get to. The staff was very friendly. The renovations will not be completed until summer 2008.”

“The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very good and in a great location for tourists. Jacuzzi was not functioning properly and water was lukewarm.”
