• it was a reasonable price
• the desk clerk refused to give me a nonsmoking room disregarding a earlier confirmed agreement for one while they had many available!

“The bathroom was dirty; the room in general had repairs that should have been made. What was most frustrating was that I called ahead for a nonsmoking room and was told they had many available and after I arrived the desk clerk said he didn't want to change from smoking because it was "too much paperwork". I hope not to have to stay there again.”

• Friendly staff and close to shopping and restaurants.

“Hotel is clean and nice for price. We stay at this hotel several times per year. Always quiet with accommodating staff.”

• There was a Ponderosa Steak house within walking distance, basically in the same parking lot.
• It took over an hour to find it because the streety address was not on a main road.

“The hotel was pretty good, except the location and fact that it was so hard to find...even locals had issues telling me where to find the hotel.”

“Hotel was a little below our expectations. No coffee was available in our rooms and breakfast was over at 9 on a holiday weekend - too early. Most disappointing was that we were booked for a smoking room. We always book non-smoking and incurred a little hassle before the hotel did finally put us in what they said was non-smoking though it smelled strongly of air deodorizer and there was no "non-smoking" sign posted at the door. Won't be our first choice for a return visit.”

“I was somewhat disappointed with my hotel stay. We were given a smoking room when we had requested a non-smoking room. Also the cleanliness was not up to the usual Comfort Inn standards.”
