• Friendly staff and helpful.

“This hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was crowded. Could use more seating. Breakfast was good with nice variety of food to choose from.”

• Quiet, clean, friendly staff.
• Lobby behind the building, one lane to get there.

“We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was very quiet, and right off the highway which made getting in and out very easy. Important in the rotten winter weather! Due to another review I was surprised to find a number of nearby restaurants. We chose one called rainbow grill which was a nice change from fast food. The continental breakfast was good too. Oh, and the manager here, heather, is top-notch. When the staff called with a problem she came in person to take care of it and was very nice. We will book this again next time we come through.”

“My husband and I were extremely pleased with our hotel stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous and very helpful to us. The hotel was also in the proximity we expected it to be in, and was close to the various amenities we needed to access on our trip. Thank you for making our trip easier!”

“The Amerihost Inn I stayed at was, in my opinion, below par for what rating you have it at. The room I entered was dirty (i.e. hair on the sinks, and in the bathroom). I had asked them for a king size non-smoking room, and they told me that they didn't have those rooms, YET when I checked out, those rooms were available. I would really consider re-evaluating this hotel.”

“Apparently, I did not have adequate expectations for a 2 star hotel. It was not bad, but there was no instructions about the facility, I did not know they had a Continental Breakfast until I checked out. Pool use etc and so on.
I would like clearer examples of 2 star 3 star etc.
I'll try you again, but this was just way too cheap in service. the facility would have seemed better if the staff was trained on how to explain the benefits.”
