• I am glad my stay is over.
• Rooms were dirty. Soggy carpet.

• Good location, cheap.

“ Cheap rate and got what I paid for. Smokers loitering in the lobby was first warning. Room was small but reasonably clean. Bedding was worn. ”

• Kitchenette was helpful, room was big.
• Shabby, disrepair, noisy.

“I'm still not so sure it wasn't worth paying a few extra dollars and staying somewhere we actually felt comfortable. Even with all its problems, I wasn't too disappointed in our stay (hint: low expectations). First, our door didn't really close all the way so there was a ton of light coming in our room and you could hear everything in the hallway. The next morning, we discovered that the coffee maker and toaster were both broken. We were in a hurry, so didn't bother to request a change. The towels were so small and thin it was actually funny! Definitely the shabbiest room I've ever stayed in! Not the dirtiest, just CHEAP. Super thin sheets, thin blanket. I don't think I would want to stay there again, but maybe if I couldn't afford anything else, I could get by. And I'm sure they would have replaced the coffee maker if I had asked.”

• Hallways are ugly. Decorations a bit 1993 for my taste.

• We liked the location and the staff were friendly and informative up front. It was clean, and lots of towels, etc. found in the room. Good clean smell.
• Some things were noticeable as needing repair or updating done.

“It was a good place for our little family to stay, and our little one must have liked it so well he just wanted to continue staying! We had to entice him away!”

• Modern rooms and the reclining loveseat.
• Not enough towels.

“The hotel was nice for the price. I loved the reclining loveseat. It was very comfortable. Loved that it had a kitchen with microwave and fridge. That really came in handy. If your looking for a decent place to stay for a good price then I would recommend this hotel.”

• Cleanliness and nice staff. Room layout worked well.
• Downstairs room was noisy from upstairs and thin walls.

“It was a nice stay for what I needed. The kitchen does not have oven but other appliances were there. It was clean and staff was helpful and friendly, they worked with my needs. The hotel is definitely 2 star as construction and decor of facility is lacking upscale appeal.”

• The kind service representatives.
• The room smelled terrible, of smoke and "other" things.

“The service is beyond excellent. The room smelled bad. If the room were as nice as the people who work there, we wouldn't have a problem.”
