• We forgot a razor and the manager went to the head of housekeeping and brought one to the room.
• Hair dryer did not work, bathroom light went out.

“Hotel was rundown. Duct tape on the chair and cigarette burn on the bed cover. But it was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. It was 5 or 10 minutes from downtown and was very convenient. Most of the other guests were work crews from construction companies but were quiet and polite. I was afraid, from someone's review that it was in the 'hood' that it was in a bad area. But it wasn't. I felt safe and for the price, it was a good value.”

• Had good facilities and location for the price I wanted.
• No decent restaurants nearby. Strip mall with good restaurant choices was 2 interstate exits North.

“Better than I had expected for the price I was willing to pay. Convenient just off interstate. Only problem was no nearby decent restaurants.”

• I reserved a king bed, and
  I had to take two doubles instead.

“The hotel was overall great, I just didn't like the fact that I reserved the king bed and had to take a double room because it was not ready.”

• Friendly staff and good location.
• The restaurant is not very appealing and the food is fair.

“Overall, this is a nice hotel. You can tell that the rooms have been renovated and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only negative would be the onsite restaurant. The restaurant is in need of an overhaul and the food is average. Otherwise, we enjoyed out stay!”

• Lots of people always walking around.

• Uncomfortable bed, tiny and useless coffeemaker.

“I thought that the hotel was overpriced for what we got. It was clean. I didn't see where we got better quality or saved that much money from staying there.”

• Convenient location.
• Non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in, bad setup of room.

“The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke (my jacket even smelled like it after I left). The setup of the room was poor, the desk had no outlet to plug my laptop in so I had to move the desk to where one was accessible. The location was convenient, nice to have a fridge in the room.”

• Nothing.
• The sink leaked, the microwave didn't work, the floors were dirty.

“I would not stay there again. I felt dirty the whole time I was there. They put us in the very back by the woods where there where trees had fallen on the fences. We didn't feel safe where we where.”
