• Always friendly, we enjoy the atmosphere!
• The toilet ran, but was fixed in a timely manner.

• It smelled very clean; staff very friendly and the room was like a small apartment. Awesome.
• No ice machine on my floor.

“It was a great room, especially for the price. I felt very at home and the room was very fresh, beautiful and big. I highly recommend Hyatt and Priceline.”

• Clean, and large rooms.

“Hotel more suited for younger business travelers, but served us well for for an over night stay, as my wife and I were traveling to another destination. Rooms are large, very clean. Continental breakfast has limited choices, but what's there to choose from is fresh.”

• Close to my niece's home.
• AC unit turned off completely when compressor kicked off, leaving no air circulation.

“Other than the problem with the air conditioner which we failed to report to the hotel when we checked out, our stay was very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

• So very helpful and meet my every demand best staff ever.
• Maybe a little more lighting in back entrance single female.

“The staff was the best I ever have seen made me feel at home. They would always ask if there was anything I need all the time when I can and went. It was like one big family working at this place. I will always shop online for your hotel for future planned trips first. Thank your staff for me they are doing a fantastic job in all they do.”

• I thoroughly appreciated the location of the hotel which was near relatives, but far enough away not to be disturbed by them.
• The walls were thin. You can hear what was going on in the next room as well as 3 doors down if people were just that loud.

“The hotel was beautiful. They reflected the online photos so I got what I paid for.”

• The large flat screen TV was great!
• Nothing.

“The breakfast was OK, nothing special, but well maintained by staff. The room was large with a sitting area. I like not having to sit on the bed when watching TV. The bed was comfortable. Loved the large flat screen TV. This is a great hotel.”

• Location, space and decor of th room, friendliness of the staff were great.
• Beds were hard.

“Love the staff. They were uniformly excellent. Mattresses were horrible; perhaps made of foam. The breakfast was lacking. We ordered eggs--all cold; sausage and bacon----very suspect in origin; and toast, also cold.”

• Location was close to a great mall and other family attractions.

“Great hotel with a very friendly staff. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Columbia or the surrounding area.”

• Clean and quiet.

“When we stayed here three months ago there was a smoking area just out the front door which made for a smelly entrance into the hotel. I was really pleased that this area did not exist this time and was a wonderful welcome to our stay this time. Thank you for taking care of this issue.”

• Extremely friendly staff, very clean, rooms are spacious and well kept.

“ We didn't stay here long but were really impressed with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and because we got in late and left early one lady was still there and remembered my name when she saw me. I would definitely stay here again. ”
