• The layout of the room.
• Too close to the lobby, very noisy! Too many problems, no ice bucket, room left on 66O too cold, dirty coffee maker.

“This was my second stay with this particular hotel. The first stay was excellent. The second stay was not. As I stated before, the room temperature was left on 60o, and the room was freezing cold. We had no ice bucket, the coffee maker ran dirty water thru when we tried to make hot tea and the music in the lobby was so loud that it disturbed our sleeping. So we were not satisfied! The manager did call and apologized and gave us some points to try to correct our dissatisfaction with our stay. So I will try them again.”

• The hotel is new, clean, bright, contemporary with large rooms and friendly staff.

“This hotel is conveniently located near the Charlotte airport for the business traveler. It presents well with bright, clean, contemporary common areas and large, comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dining options are creative and offer choice and having a bar option at the end of a long day is always welcome!”

• Great airport access.
• I book early morning flights, have not found hotel with food service at 5AM yet. Would use.

• The room was top notch, modern, extremely clean, and spacious.
• Fan in bathroom was pretty loud - but that is all I can complain about, that is great.

“We stayed 12/31/09 and 1/1/2010. The hotel was modern with excellent beds, very clean, and spacious to lounge around. On New Year's Eve it was kind of loud occasionally in the halls as people came in at 3 or 4 AM, but the noise did not last. I don't hold any grudge though as it was New Year's and people were just enjoying the holiday. We would stay there again easily. Also, very easy to get to from either I-77 or I-85. A great bargain. We were very pleased.”

• Location a bit far from some attractions.

• The coffee maker was a bit cheap.

“Very nice room. I believe that the star rating was set too low. Free WiFi, desk area, mini fridge, living room area with a large couch, king size bed, 42" plasma TV, and a very nice restroom.”

• This hotel was immaculate! It was very clean, had a flat panel television and Wi-Fi. There were restaurants on site and walking areas outside!
• My stay ended way to soon!

“Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel that caters to it's visitors. It is very clean, flat panel television, desk for reading or studying and Wi-Fi. It also had a sofa pull out bed and the bathrooms were really clean! There was a nice view from the room and the staff was extremely nice and attentive! Great place to stay!”

• The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Loved the big screen TV and the sofa.
• No restaurants very close by.

“This hotel offers three star rooms that are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close proximity to local dining and shopping is the only weakness I experienced. It is an airport location and is very handy to area businesses. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Charlotte that places a priority on room amenities and quality.”
