• Linens were superb - always a necessity to have lovely linens.

“ Included breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel restaurant! It was served in the hotel's German restaurant and you had several choices of a hot breakfast. ”

“Accommodated our need to switch room due to leaky air conditioner. Couldn't place long distance calls from room and staff was not helpful in resolving this.”

• Breakfast and cleanliness.
• Rude desk staff.

“ One of these days they need to put up the sign that has been sitting out front on the ground for weeks, The swimming pool inside seemed a bit less than clean. The desk staff reminds me every time I stay that I should not expect a good room. Otherwise, clean and decent accommodations. ”

• There was a bad smoke smell that they tried to cover up the bathroom was not clean at all.

“ Well the price I paid, the price was not worth it. When I first walked in to the room first thing I smelled was the bad smoke smell it was very bad. Then the bathroom had mold in it and also they haven't cleaned the bathroom. The hotel staff was nice though they were bit professional except for one. I asked the staff if some one could clean up the bathroom at least and I went out for an a hour when I came back some one did go in to the room but haven't cleaned nothing. So I took my stuff and left with in an hour and half after checked in. So for dollars this hotel is not worth it, felt more like I was in a motel and this rating should be 1 star.

• The staff was extremely helpful through a difficult situation.
• My only complaint was the strong odor of cigarette smoke on the first floor areas.

fine place to stay in a pinch. The staff is eager to please and guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a plus.”

• The rooms did appear as though they were updated recently.
• The mattress seemed to have been left out of the renovation process.

“Overall, I would rate it as a 2.5 star hotel. I would rank it as one of the lower 3 stars I've stayed in, however, it was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• The bed sheets appeared to be too small for the beds and they kept coming off the mattress.

“This is a pleasant hotel but not as clean and new as a Holiday Inn Express. It is dated but the room and bathroom were clean which is very important to me. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool which is great if you have children traveling with you. The breakfast was included which was very good added value. The location is great as it was 20 minutes from the premium outlets and probably not as expensive as some of the hotels closer to the shopping. Overall, a good experience for a one night stay.”

• Conveniently located, clean and accessible.
• Dated 1970s decor.

“Unique German restaurant with reasonable prices and above average food. Great selection of complimentary breakfast items. Very good value for money.”

• Indoor pool, business center, newspaper, free breakfast, dining room, cocktail lounge.
• No storage room to allow early check-in and late check-out if necessary.

“Intimate, very pleasant for family gathering, Sunday brunch was especially nice as a way to invite near-by family with children to enjoy time together in the pool and the dining room. Staff was polite and welcoming.”

• New Furniture and remodeled rooms were nice.
• Hallway, common areas dirty, bathroom floor cracked, sheet had dried blood spot.

• Location. Convenient to work.
• Dirty. Lots of dust and debris on the carpets. I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner.

“Did not meet my expectations for a 3 star hotel, by far. This is an old, well worn facility that has had fresh makeup applied over the old and it's obvious. There was a lot of dust and dirt accumulation on the carpets, particularly in the corners, behind the nightstand, and in the corridors (I don't go looking for dirt and debris in the hotels I stay in but this one was so obviously neglected it couldn't be ignored). I was bitten by a carpenter ant while sleeping on the second night of my stay and I killed him and brushed him off onto the floor. My bet is that the body is still there since they obviously don't own a vacuum cleaner. I could occasionally smell stale cigar and cigarette odor on the second floor (the first floor was all smoking). Whoever cleans this place needs to be taken to task. There were two hotels just across the street that appeared to be newer and nicer.”
