  • Comfort Inns are always dependable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast great!

“Comfort Inns always meet our expectations. The staff at this hotel was very helpful directing us to local attractions and services. The room was great, hotel clean and breakfast just great! I would recommend this hotel anytime.”

  • Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Rooms were huge and newly decorated.
  • Patio rooms looked out to the pool area, but you could not get to the pool unless you left your room.

“The Roadway (formerly the Red Lion) is under new management. They have redone all the rooms, new carpets, bed, wallpaper, even the bathrooms have been renovated. Contact the hotel to request a fridge, as they do have a few (one microwave -in lobby - is available for everyone's use). Patio rooms are the nicest, as they are on the ground floor and look out to the pool. This hotel was very dog-friendly, the breakfast wasn't great - frozen waffles, apples as the fruit offering, etc., but their coffee (free) was very good and the evening popcorn (also free) was yummy. The staff was eager to please and helpful. We will definitely return to the Roadway Big Sky in Kalispell!”

  • Close proximity to shopping, restaurants. They offered the option of taking your pet along. The furniture was very nice.
  • Breakfast was lacking variety. Fruit and yogurt should be staples. There were only 2 pillows and they were both done. The towels were very small.

“Good value for the price. It's obvious the lobby and hallways have not been renovated yet as the rooms have. It will have a much better feel when that is finished. We missed our fruit and yogurt for breakfast. The rooms are nicely furnished and it was nice to be able to take along our small dog. (Let them know ahead of time). There were only 2 pillows in our room and they were both flat. Usually rooms have some spares in the closet, but not in our room. The towels were extremely small as well, but all in all, we'd definitely stay there again.”

  • Price was reasonable, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly.
  • Bed was not as comfortable as I would like, hot tub could have been bigger, patio area not what I expected.

“I would recommend this motel to travelers. They are in the process of updating but it did not affect my experience. Pool area was nice, clean, and enjoyable.”

  • Comfortable beds good location.
  • Horrible restaurant.

“Stayed overnight recently renovations must be done as we found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. Helpful staff although no one seemed to know what to do with airline vouchers. Do not, however, recommend the restaurant very poor service and limited menu.”

  • Room was clean.
  • No one told us this was under renovation.

“For the price, this was not a good accommodation. I do not appreciate being charged this amount for a motel under renovation.”

  • Maid service was outstanding, breakfast okay.
  • The restaurant was closed and good restaurants are not in the area of the hotel

“Average facility, has just been sold and has a new name and supposedly going to have a major remodel, which is needed.”

  • For an older motel it was the room was clean. The towels and linens were good.
  • The taxi ride to the motel cost as much as a rentel car.

“This hotel offered a good nights sleep. The attached restarant offers good quality food and refreshments. The location is away from the airport and business area.”

“The hotel was older but appeared to be nice, however I was severly disapointed with my room. Here are the things that were wrong with it:1. Toilet didn't flush and maintenance needed to fix.2. Dead bolt in door could not be locked without lifting up the door to make it align with receiver end.3. Shower head leaked lots of water out the back.4. Shower curtain was half off of the curtain rod.5. I was told that the room came with a complimentary newspaper. In the morning when I got up there was not one outside my door, so I went to the front desk and asked them where the paper was. They told me they were all out but I could buy one outside at the newstand. That doesn't sound complimentary to me. I paid for a room and was told it came with the room, not that I needed to be the first to get one before they ran out.6. When I tried to inform the front desk of the problems with my room, they told me that for the shower head I just needed to fiddle with the shower a bit to quit it from leaking.”

“Our room was very clean, but the hall carpet was filthy and other public areas showed wear and tear. Other than that it was more than we expected and perfect for what we needed.”
