• Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and I like being able to take my dog.
• Nothing.

• Had a refrigerator and bed extremely comfortable.
• Breakfast. No meat and eggs did not look appetizing. Did not eat at hotel.

• Brand new, classy look, great free breakfast, convenient location.
• Price was a bit high.

• The front desk staff was very helpful when I wanted to switch rooms.
• The swimming pool and hot tubs needed new paint and the water was not clear, but dirty.

“Okay experience, but it did not have the wow factor which is what I wanted. However, Flagstaff did not have any 4 star or greater hotels.”

• The overall appearance, cleanliness and staff.
• Not having a king size bed, they gave us two queens.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the way they provided breakfast, I would stay there again.”

• Nice big rooms and great continental breakfast.
• I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

“Nice large rooms with couch which made it nice and comfortable to hang out with my daughter and her boyfriend. Clean with nice big window for daylight. The continental breakfast was exceptional because you could make your own homemade waffles. Great hotel for my needs and great location.”

• Way too many dogs. Dogs were all over hotel and were not segregated.

“Did not have reservation for two rooms, but found it later. Had to move rooms due to dogs. Dogs were out in parking lot barking as well.”

• Great staff, plenty of parking.
• Ceilings were so thin that we heard everything from the floor above us. Outside pool was not very clean.

“We didn't spend much time in the room. However, the hotel is smoke free but our room smelled of stale smoke. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay at this hotel again.”

“Had a great stay. The breakfast waffles are great. The somewhat laconic staff may seem to outsiders as unfriendly (they are Native Americans and it is their nature to not be overly emotive), but they are great and will help you to the max with any request.
Very good travel value!”
