• Friendly and helpful staff. Food was tasty and inexpensive.
• Rather basic and TV in room did not work properly.

“That a single room with a shower did not include a loo.”

• Convenient for road access to conference venue
• decor in need of improvement,bathroom fitments old and in need of renewal,but still in working order

“Adecquate no frills basic accomodation. A place to get a good nights sleep close to Northampton. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this Hotel (see below) but would explain the type of accomodation to be expected.”

• Central location, value for money

“First impressions were of a quite run down area, not helped by having to stand on the doorstep and ring the bell for ages! But once inside, we were pleased with the service. Rooms abit dated, but adequate for a one night stopover. Certainly value for money. Fantastic chinese restaurant opposite!”

• Central location in a plesant area.
• Lack of preventative maintenance in the bathroom. Signs of past water leakage in to bedroom.

“First time in this area, looked good on the internet. Public rooms of a good standard. Hotel is in a quite area.”

• THE STAFF WHO WELCOMED US ETC WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME V GOOD BREAKFAST
• CAR PARK WAS ROUND THE BACK BUT WAS NOT WELL SIGNPOSTED
