• Honest, friendly staff. Clean,comfortavle room. Great waffles!

“I left my purse in the Business Center. We were 100 miles away when we discovered that I didn't have it. I called the hotel and they had it at the front desk, turned in by a guest. My wallet, my husband's wallet, all credit/debit cards, digital camera and $400 in cash were intact. Great people! We'll stay here again, even if we have to pay full price.”

• Good place to spend the night, but not much else.
• Odd shower, nozzle over your head as you enter.

• The free hot breakfast was the best I have encountered.
• The luggage carts and the room doors were difficult to manuver.

“The Ambiance was country but tempurature was a little low for my taste. The room was pretty standard. The breakfast was substantial with eggs, bacon, bisquits and gravy, waffles, along with the continental choices. I was surprised and pleased.”

• Housekeeping services were wonderful and continental breakfast was excellent.
• Check in, my room key was dysfunctional.

“My hotel room key didn't work after I left my room and the front desk person informed me this happens frequently - no help or apology was provided.”

• They offered a good free breakfast. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.
• The room decor was uninspired. High ceilings made the room feel cold, TV needed updating.

“This hotel is in a good location just off the interstate close to a major mall with choice of several restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room decor, however, left much to be desired. It was dated and uninspired. By comparison, we often stay in Hampton hotels and are normally impressed with the beds, decorating, and TVs, particularly at the recently remodeled locations.”

• Big hot tub. Pool stayed open late on weekend.
• No fridge or microwave in the room.

“We really enjoyed our stay. Even though there was no microwave in our room, the front desk clerk gladly let us to use the microwave in the breakfast room to cook popcorn late at night. Thanks so much and we'll be coming back again with the kids.”
