• Quiet room, great breakfast, prompt shuttle to airport.
• Everything was fine.

“The rooms in this hotel are very comfortable. Beds have several pillows and just enough bedding. There is a large selection of food at breakfast and plenty of tables available. The airport shuttle that I reserved was exactly on time and driver carried a conversation with me. He loaded and unloaded my luggage willingly. I will certainly stay here again the next time I travel to Boise.”

• Room was clean.
• Parking lot resurfacing, had to park a block away, walked in the middle of the night.

“For the inconvenience, some discount or extra amenities could have been offered.”

• Great breakfasts.
• Hotel took a $15 charge on my credit card refundable after one week.

“Nice place to stay except for the $15 charge, I liked it.”

• Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay and a nice variety.
• I can't think of anything. We weren't really there that long. We soaked in the hot tub for about 20 min. and slept.

“Nice and clean. We did have a problem with our toilet in the morning, but there was one right across the hall. Since we were close to the pool. When we told the receptionist she called for it to be fixed immediately. We were on a shopping trip so weren't there much. we were glad for the breakfast included. Everyone was very nice.”

• Good sleeping accommodation, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast & cookies.
• One guy came to the breakfast room without shoes or socks.

• I loved the clean white linens and wonderfully soft bed and pillows. Very refreshing not to have a hard bed.
• The pool was too small and shallow to be inviting.

• No complaints.

“The service at the front desk was excellent. I was greeted with a hello and told of the breakfast service. The room was very clean the beds looked at if they were just made up. Check out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boise.”
