• Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
• Pool was indoor, hot and humid. We would have used it if it was outdoors.

• The pool.
• The first room they gave us had someone in it. The second room had dirty bedding on the pull out sofa, and the third room had stained sheets.

“I would never stay at this motel again. The front desk people were nice, but they really need to hire a new housekeeping staff. Make sure rooms are clean seems to be low on the priority list.”

• Planting pretty flowers outside.
• We were sent to our room, up a steep flight of stairs, carrying our luggage even tho I told them my husband had a bad knee. Maids were just starting.

“We were not aware that we would have to carry our luggage up the steep flight of stairs. We were sent to our room which was just starting to be cleaned by the maids. No bath mat. One very small bar of soap. No guide for the TV stations. Only one washcloth. Two and 1/2 stars was the highest rating Priceline had in this area. There had to be friendlier hotels in this area.”

• Great location. Rooms were spacious. We had a kitchen which was nice. Enjoyed the jacuzzi/pool.
• Side door unlocked. Room not cleaned 1 of 3 days.

“Comfortable, affordable, clean hotel with pool/jacuzzi. Staff pleasant. with breakfast included it was a great bargain.”

• A good value, with comfortable rooms, good beds and cookies at the front desk.
• The hallway needed vacuuming.

“I would stay here again, since it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, there was a decent breakfast, and the rooms were comfortable. It had the best bed that I've slept on in awhile. There are cookies at the front desk at night. I was pleasantly surprised.”

• Convenient driving distance to suburban malls and fast food.
• Room was too small to accommodate the room furniture and our luggage. No elevator.

“Tidy and cute motel on 3 floors. One story above reception and one story below reception. Our room was too small for the furniture. Provides breakfast, intenet access and free parking. Good value.”

“Friendly staff. Good location. Wall paper in room was torn. Extension cords for room in view and on floor. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good place to stay overnight for business.”

• The pool and hot tub were open 24 hrs.
• The hotel seemed to have a bit of deferred maintenance and less than average repairs.

• 2 person Jacuzzi tub.
• The bed was uncomfortable.

“The stay was good. The Hot Tub was not working and since that is what we were looking forward to the most, the front desk upgraded us to a room with a 2 person Jacuzzi! Everyone was friendly!”

• Had table for computer, fridge & microwave in the room.

“Very good. Front desk opened up early for us. Which had waffles etc. Great for kids/family for pool etc. Quiet too. Room was very ordinary except for long computer desk and fridge & microwave which was excellent. Cookies at 7 p.m.!”

• Very clean, nice people, very nice room.
• Something was vibrating on the floor below us that made our room vibrate too.

“This hotel was very nice and easy to get to. The price was very good and the room was wonderful. Clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast food selection was good except for no fresh fruit. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

• It was fabulous. We tried to rebook and was astounded at the regular price--could not afford it!!
• Nothing in the category of dislike.

“This motel was well located for us, was exceptionally clean, in fact it looked new although they said that it was not a new motel. It had computer access, an indoor pool, king bed, two phones, exercise room and a great breakfast. What more could one want? I wish that we could stay there again for something even close to the amount that we paid for the room.”
