• I like the upgrades they have done.
• Every time we stay there we have to have them come work on the controls to the spa.

“This is a great place and a great location. Every time we use price line this is where they put us. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. Our only complaint is about the spa.
It never works.
I don't understand why they can't put a timer on it that the customer can turn on..it is much more convenient and easier.
”

• Location, cleanliness (room).
• Pool was dirty (pool maintenance man was dipping his mop in the pool then scrubbing the floor!).

• Good for the price, not a 3 star hotel, but still good.
• Front desk was not very helpful, thin walls, and dusty room.

“Price is good, great for a short stay. I have gotten more for less from Priceline, the Best Western in Idaho Falls is classed at a 2 star, but is actually better than this Holiday Inn and
I paid the same price again. I always use Priceline! The best thing ever invented for business travelers. QUICK, EASY, and CHEAP.”

• The staff was very friendly, and the pool firness room and hot breakfast were a nice bonus.
• It could use another treadmill.

• The hotel pool was so warm. Like a bathtub.

• The free breakfast was far above what I expected it would be. Lots of food to choose from.
• The sink and mirrors were confined to tub and toilet area. Only one person could get ready at a time.

“The hotel was clean comfortable and came with a free breakfast that was above our expectations. The staff was professional and very friendly. The on-line photos however, gave the impression that it overlooked the Snake River and thus we had a difficult time finding the actual location of the hotel since it was dark, snowy and we were looking among the other hotels in Idaho Falls that did over look the Snake River. Our overall experience at the Idaho Falls Holiday Express was excellent.”

• The personnel were very attentive. The room was clean & the bed comfortable.
• Other hotels had small refrigerators and some also had microwaves for use.

“The hotel was chosen as it was close to the funeral activities. The staff attempted to negotiate a price adjustment with your company for the bereavement rate with no success. I learned that it was not wise to book through an internet service.”

• Clean. Pool open 24 hrs. Breakfast area looked real nice and clean.
• Room kind of small and boxy feeling (but ok, I guess).

“Good stay. Hotel was clean and orderly. Pool open 24 hrs was a nice feature so we did not have to worry about a closing time. nice bathroom with real terrycloth towels and granite counters. Breakfast area was clean and spacious, although for the amount of people that day there were not enough chairs. Overall it was a nice stay and we would look to use them again when we travel. Also, staff was professional and courteous.”
