• Rooms are reasonably clean, staff is great!, Super location!
• People who criticize this economical motel.

“This motel serves a vital purpose in supporting folks who travel daily, and need little more than a comfortable night's sleep, shower and a place to stop on long road trips. I have stayed here frequently, friendly staff and many fine guests who like to visit by the pool. ”

• Front clerk was friendly.
• The rooms were HORRIBLE!!!!!

“Ugh! My room had black mold in the bathroom. The room was not child safe at all. The wall by the door felt that if you leaned on it just a little, you'd be outside! It was horrible to get to the hotel from the highway. I do have to say that the person at the desk WAS friendly. The parking lot had some folks hanging around that made me nervouse to leave the car in the lot and scared to go to the soda machine.”

• The security guard was excellent and made us a little more comfortable dealing with management!

“This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was absolutely atrocious. We had a problem with the room and the hotel management would not correct the situation by any means. Even if we wanted a new room to correct the one we were in, they would not even allow it.

We wanted to save some money with coupons we offered, but we should have checked it out first. Consumer Beware!!!!

Also, the free continental breakfast that is advertised is only a mere coffee and doughnuts. Never again will I stay at this location, nor this chain of hotels. Thankfully, another hotel knew of Masters Inn and how they did business and allowed us to check in at 1:30 am at their hotel due to our stress.”
