• Location, shuttle connection, and helpfulness of all the staff.
• That there were not a water fountain where we could get water. We would have to buy water.

“It was wonderful. James at the desk would always take the time to help us map out where we needed to go and everyone was so nice.”

• The free cookies. Delicious!
• Parking fee, mean lobby people, and slow service.

“Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. Lobby people were unfriendly, parking fee to expensive, beds were uncomfortable, no refrigerator and microwave. The restrooms had no lock which gave us no privacy. The WiFi isn't free. Although the cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful.”

• Clean rooms & nice location.
• Very upset the whole time we were there, the pool was out of service.

“When we got there the receptionist told us the pool would be fixed the same day(Sunday). When we checked out the pool was still broken (Wednesday). I was looking to get in the pool at least one of those days.
”

• Clean.
• Parking is an additional fee. Breakfast is an additional fee.

“The hotel was great but the group we were with also booked. Group we were with did not know that about their room. The restroom was not built right so when they took a shower it flooded the restroom. They were not happy so I was not happy about that. Not knowing ahead of time how much parking and breakfast at the hotel would cost was a BIG BUMBER.”

• Outdoor hot tub was filthy and was broken.

“Hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. Disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working. 10 min. walk to the Riverwalk and their is a trolley stop right outside the hotel that runs until 12:30pm.”

• The room was comfortable and the bed was cozy. Free parking was a plus!
• The location was farther from my destination than
  I had thought.

• Location is just awful.

“Location is terrible. It's on the opposite side of the freeway and takes at least 20 minutes to get to the River walk. Stay on the River walk, if you want to be near the action.”

“The hotel was downtown across the highway and directly across the street from the police station and the detention center. NOT the location that we would have picked to stay with our 2 year old child. During check in, the staff members that we dealt with were rude and incompetent. We were sent to a smoking room (although we had requested 3 weeks in advance for a non-smoking king size bed), we were sent to another room (this time non-smoking with 2 double beds) but this room was not made up. The parking was inconvenient.”
