• Price was great.
• I could not get a receipt upon checkout because I paid online.

“Great accommodations. respected my needs for privacy as I have night terrors, so they made sure no other guests were in rooms next to mine to worry others and have police called because of my yells for help during the nights. This was a deep concern of mine. They were wonderful about my needs with my special needs dog as well.”

• I liked the great selection of food for their continental breakfast.
• I did not like that the room was so small and did not have a DVD player.

“The hotel, overall, was very clean. However, the halls, comforter, and rooms smelled like smoke. The breakfast was very nice, they had a lot of options.”

• Room was comfortable, with good shower and excellent breakfast!
• Unorganized during fire drill/false alarm.

“ Had a 5:30 am fire alarm - we didn't know what was going on until called front desk. The woman there was young & completely confused - she told us it was alarm and should leave our room immediately! Our 11 year old granddaughter was very scared and upset, (she is ADHD & suffers from depression. The fire dept. didn't know how to turn-off alarm and didn't arrive for nearly 1/2 hour. The were still rousting people out of their rooms 1 hour later-this should have been done and a room check should have been conducted by you staff. I really think that you owe us a comp room for the night of 9/16/2011.

• I liked the amenities included at such a good price.
• There were trouble makers that made the stay unpleasant.

“Loved the surplus of amenities for such a great deal. Rooms were a little small, but to be expected. Would have been a funner stay if they had a pool or hot tub.”

• The shower was good.
• Smelled like a dirty ashtray and only had one small bed in the room.

“Was decent enough, had a breakfast available, I liked the free cookies at the front desk. The smell of old cigarettes was not a good thing. The shower was good pressure and felt nice and big with the rounded out shower curtain bar. Had only one Queen sized bed and the room was quite small, but I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave.”

“Good for a one or two night stay, but not for a week stay. Much too congested area, breakfast provided is minimal and space too small for seating a crowd.”

• It was crap. The two staff were totally unprofessional and unhelpful.
• Everything. They didn't answer the phone until the third time I called them back.

“Lousy hotel. Lousy and rude service. Their smoke-free hotel is smoky so I can only imagine that their smoker hotel rooms are 10 times worse. Not a 2 star hotel as advertised. Not even a one star hotel.”

“The only complaint I had was it was occasional loudness, some lights did not work, and cable not working. Other than that - very clean and accomodating.”

• Clean, good TV, comfortable pillows, bed pretty good, nice carpet.
• Breakfast could have had more options.

“We went to Silver wood for a quick trip with friends. This was pretty close to the park and convenient to local restaurants. The hotel was clean and felt like it had been updated. The showerhead had low pressure, but otherwise the room was decent for the price.”

“Smelled awful throughout the hotel, like stale cigarettes. Not comfortable, definitely not worth the money. Spend the extra money to stay at the Comfort Inn!”

• Microwave, iron, fridge, hair dryer, TV with cable, not bad for "a one star".
• Not enough electrical outlets, squeaky floors, wimpy shower head.

“For a one star and a bid price of 40 bucks accommodations were surprisingly good. Room had TV with cable, fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, and hair dryer. There was an internet access, a complimentary newspaper, and a continental breakfast. I've paid more for less elsewhere!”

• The staff was awesome, very helpful.
• The wireless internet was a bit hard to get onto, but eventually we got connected.

“The room was small and cozy, very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to a drug store, restaurants, and the interstate. We had the best time there.”
