• Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, pool (usually use pool, had bad cold this time).
• Nothing.

“We have family in southern Massachusetts and have begun staying overnight when there are family functions (we live in New Hampshire). We really like this hotel because of its location and it's friendly staff. The rooms are clean. We really like being able to take a swim in a heated, indoor pool too, that's a big plus, although this time we didn't because we both had bad colds and didn't feel up to par. We definitely will stay here again.”

• Lobby was neat and clean.
• Room was musty.

“I told the front desk the room was musty and they shrugged it off. There was no attempt to check it out or offer me another room. Someone with allergies could not have stayed in that room. Figured it was too bad and for the price I paid I was getting more than I paid for anyway. The fire alarm went off at 7:30 and it took quite awhile to turn it off.”

• Not good.
• AC was broken in room, got moved to room that smelled.

“I waited for 20 minutes to check in while the front desk had a back in 5 minutes sign up. I got to my room on a 90 degree day and discovered the AC was broken, called down, 30 minutes later got my new room that smelled. I dealt with it because the room was cool. I didn't say anything at check out and they charged me an extra cleaning fee on my bill. This place is ridiculous!”

• Typically Courtyard, comfortable room with lovely decor, nice coffee bar.
• Proximity of pool to the main corridor. Had many wet kids waiting for elevators.

• How they handled my problem.

“This hotel I would not recommend. I had a battle at check in with the lady at the front desk. Well guess what that hotel charged me again for the room and now I have to battle getting a credit on my credit card. So forehand people on this hotel you will get charged twice if a credit card is given.”

• Easy to find, close to the most beautiful locations in New England.
• Arrived late, food options poor.

“We were delighted with the location and cleanliness. We were awaken by housekeeping staff very early as they knocked on doors up and down the hall. Would have preferred more sleep as we had a long day of travel the day preceding. There are no food options available if you arrive late. A super Wall Mart across the road provided snack food options but we needed a bit more than that. There were sandwiches to purchase in the lobby (pre-made and not that great). This is more of a regional location issue than that of the hotel but was a source of dissatisfaction for us.”

• Easy to find, nice rooms, all around pleasant.
• The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced, but still tasty.

“With an excellent location, very quiet rooms, comfortable beds and a hot, tasty and nutritious (if somewhat overpriced) breakfast buffet, the Courtyard by hotel in Raynham is an oasis of sanity for a business traveler.”

“Quick visit, just one night before a long drive. Hotel suited our purpose. Clean, friendly and a free breakfast in the am to get us on our way.”

• Everyone friendly and hotel very clean.
• Last time I stayed the pool was out of commission and this time it was the hot tub not working.

• We checked in after midnight, and the clerk was extremely conscientious to our requests and even followed up with a phone call after we got to our room.
• The pillows were uncomfortable. My wife missed the hand lotion.

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Great customer service with genuine smiles, including the housekeepers. Quiet location. Very clean rooms. Parking lot is well lit. USA at the door in the morning is a treat. Having the availability of the internet was also a nice plus.”

• The hotel staff that I met made me feel truly welcome.
• The heating air conditioner was a little noisy.

• Has deteriorated a lot over the last couple years. Needs updating.

“A solid 2 star. The room was clean but in need of updates. Only shampoo (not conditioner) was provided. I had to ask for conditioner which seemed strange. Staff was Ok. Nothing special really.”

• I was impressed with the front desk staff. Minutes after entering my room, they called to ask if everything were satisfactory.
• I was under the impression that breakfast was included in the rate. It was not.

“Overall, my rating would be excellent. It was convenient to major Interstates and to the city of Taunt on The cleanliness and condition were excelled by any other hotel that I have stayed in.”

• Location is easy to get to and central to Boston and Providence.
• The room smelled like cigars.
