• I was not able to extend my stay once in the hotel.

“Parking was close to hotel. Food was excellent. The rooms were clean and well tended. Staff was very attentive and helpful with one exception. We considered this our 50th wedding anniversary celebration, which we finally enjoyed on our 51st year of marriage.”

• The staff were the most friendly & attentive I've seen in the U.S.
• The room was not thoroughly cleaned (dirty glasses, vanity top).

“The decor is beautiful and modern. The restaurant is excellent, and the express is properly made and served (but if you order at the coffee bar they serve it in a paper cup!) with especially good and inexpensive breakfast items. The setting is beautiful and quiet, and parking is very convenient. Most of all, the staff are 100% friendly and helpful. It's the best service this side of Thailand, I'd say.”

• Very nice-staff was great, rooms were clean and modern! Free wireless Internet!
• No fridge, no tub, and the shower door weren’t fully covering the shower! And parking was $10.

“Overall, a nice hotel! It was very romantic and perfect for a weekend getaway. The bathroom was nice but the shower door is hard to explain, it doesn't cover the shower, it's like half a door! The bed was so comfortable and the staff was very helpful.”

“We were not pleased at all with this hotel for a romantic getaway. Valet was wearing workout clothes as well as the rest of the staff. All guests were there for the gym, not for a hotel experience.”

• The adjoining fitness club and pool.
• The small room and beds.

“This hotel was nice enough for the price. It was quite high-end looking in the lobby at least. The room was decorated nicely, but on the small side. The beds couldn't be regulation size double beds. They are quite small. I also didn't care for the duvet spreads as it made it hard to stay covered during the night. There is no bathtub available and even with the shower, there is only half a door and it's glass at that. Very odd set-up. I was disappointed too that there were no self-serve luggage carts available and the only parking was a parking garage. It wasn't a far walk though and I felt like I didn't want to have to tip someone for carrying my luggage a short distance. The vending machine on our floor was broken and there wasn't anywhere else in the hotel to get snacks or drinks. My kids enjoyed the pool and my husband and daughter enjoyed the basketball court at the gym.”

• Gym not open 24 hours.

“Excellent choice in OC area. A Bit far from the beach, but its ok. Gym facilities are excellent. I got the suite, very nicely decorated. Only one flaw, I ordered breakfast in the room but didn't come.”

• Super new and clean.
• No mini fridge or minibar, weird shower door.

“Upon arriving to this 4 month old hotel, we were very excited. Not really health freaks, we did feel a bit out of place but we didn't care as the hotel was so perfect looking. We were greeting at the door and everything was wonderful, they even upgraded us to a corner view room (a view of the pool, not breathtaking but still nice). We got right up to our room and it was so clean and new looking. Right away you understand the theme in one word, healthy. There was one green apple in a bowl on a corner shelf. The art in the room, all pictures of weights, or swimmers. Even in the bathroom, 2 three pound weights. We were shocked there wasn't a scale!
”

• It was 3 mo's new and clean also the spa and pool were great we loved it.
• Nothing.

“It was the best. Please don't go by the pictures it was a brand new hotel in a great area of So Cal that is close to Laguna beach and restaurants Go to see the Montage at Laguna Beach.”
