• Old pizza in room.

• It was convenient for my needs at the time
• Was appalled by the dirt on the air conditioner and the staff was less then friendly/helpful

“Hotel pleasant overall, but staff less than friendly/helpful. My room had a microwave and a mini fridge which was very nice, but the cleaning was less than good. Coffee supplies wer not replenished completely and they left the ice bucket where I left it the day before -- maybe because I didn't really mess the place up they figured nothing need be done.”

• The cheaper price for the higher quality!
• Motorcycles parked right up to the front door instead of the parking lot.

“We were very pleased with the rooms and room service. The parking lot seemed confusing where it blended right into a shopping center and we had to wind our way through a lot of cars to get to the hotel. The personnel were helpful and friendly.
We liked our stay although our party was separated when some moved their stay to Spokane. Because we were locked in we couldn't negotiate a location change.”

• Nice big room, clean and enjoyable for a weekend getaway.
• Remodeling pool and jacuzzi shut down in hotel itself. Movie channels not great bummer.

“Really nice place, was being remodeled which shut down some of the amenities we were wanting such as the jacuzzi. There was one across the parking lot at the athletic club but it was freezing cold and raining, so we just stayed inside and watched movies. Wish there had been more movies. We survived and enjoyed ourselves.”

• Bath floor chipped AC noisy-tub drained slow.

“It was showing signs of aging. I sleep with a machine that requires an electrical outlet. None were readily available. The room needed minor repairs that should have been remedied.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Bath floor was undergoing some kind of rework and was sticky to barefeet and had a strong chemical odor.

“There were complimentary newspapers. It was relatively quiet and not really busy. The adjacent athletic club honored the room key for admission. No one seemed to have a solution for the badly discolored and sticky floor surface. They said they would provide more towels for us to use as rungs but did not follow through.”
