• The staff was very helpful and the room were clean. The hotel was really in the heart of New York and close to all the attractions offered by the city.
• The room are slightly small but it is not an inconvenience.

“This hotel is really good for the price because of the professionalism of the front desk staff and the convenient location. The rooms are kept clean and the housekeeping staff as well is very friendly. The free breakfast can suit all tastes, since you have a wide choice of food and drinks.”

• Long waits for elevators.

“Nice room with comfortable huge bed. Great roomy bathroom. Chipped furniture and needs a comfy chair. Good complimentary breakfast is a big money-saver in New York.”

• I liked the location, the staff and the value for my money.
• The bathroom on the street level was a disaster.

“This is a great little place to stay - especially for a short visit. Great place for tourists or business travels or families. The staff was efficient, cordial and very helpful. Free breakfast was better than I expected it to be. A pleasant surprise.”

• Breakfast hit the spot!

“The breakfast room is sunny and clean. Staff is superb. Rooms are very nice complete with flat screen TVs. Lobby is small but functions very well. Only two elevators but that was not a problem. Checking and checkout were a snap. Very clean hotel. Highly recommend the hotel. Just excellent value all around.”
