• All staff was very accommodating to any request.

“We were traveling due to a family death. Over and over again, the staff, no matter what shift, was kind, thoughtful, and accommodating to our needs, that were sometimes more than normal level. I was and am so grateful.”

• There is not good quality restaurants, bars, nightclubs near this hotel.

• Comfortable, clean room and bed.
• Location across from old cemetary.

“We wanted a place close to the airport for a reasonable price. This hotel was nice, clean and had a courtesy shuttle to the airport that was very nice.”

• They tried very hard to accommodate our needs.
• Their shuttle was in the shop and the replacement was too small.

• Away from hustle and bustle.
• Across from cemetary, could hear people in other room.

• Convenient to LGA airport with free shuttle, super comfortable beds and friendly staff!
• No breakfast or coffee out when we left at 5am. There should at least be coffee made!

• Clean, relatively inexpensive rooms.
• Hassle getting into and out of Manhattan.

“It was a hassle getting into and out of Manhattan late night. Yellow cabs refused service a couple of times. The hotel called a taxi for us without a meter, cost us more than expected. All in all, just a pain to get around NY from this location.”

• Modern style room set up, clean, easy access.

• They provided breakfast and facility to excercise.
• No restaurant inside the hotel.

“The registration was fast, the checkout was kind of fast, although no one available for it and they told me they would send the reciept. In general I enjoyed that I was not disturbed, had internet access and the maid came to clean the room everyday. Breakfast was available in the morning.”

• Excellent location for anyone traveling by car-free parking. Top restaurant blocks away. Brand new. Best value in NYC.
• Front desk people did not go out of their way to help with yellow pages, maps, directions.

“Best value in NYC--especially for motorists. Can not say enough good about third new place. Definitely not a hotbed joint. Free parking, free continental breakfast, central location - a block from LI Expressway and Midtown Tunnel. Super quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Inexpensive, quality area restaurants nearby. Free internet and Mapquest use, a brilliant stroke for leisure travelers.”

• The room was not very clean! (gum wrappers on the floor and personal items left in the nightstand)!
