• I was amazed at the frienliness of the staff, especially as I was a mess! Room had a sitting area!
• Location was a little odd but ended up being close to a lot and quiet, so not a complaint.

“It was much nicer than I expected. The staff greeted me, at 1:30 in the morning and looking extremely rough from a 12 hour drive, as if I were the most important person of the day! It was very refreshing as our recent experiences during our move have not been nearly as nice. The room was clean and smelled fresh but there was an odd damp patch on the floor, no ceiling leak. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and there was a very nice sitting area with a comfortable couch, desk and mini-fridge/bar area.”

• The rooms are very luxurious.

“I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Boise, which is frequently. The rooms are a lot more spacious than other similarly-priced rooms and the "creature comforts" are amazing. The standard room includes a sofa and living area, a kitchen sink, refrigerator, and a very liberal tv screen.”

• The cold water did not work in the room, to hot to shower in the morning.

“When we woke up and had a business meeting the water in the shower was on full hot, there was no cold running in the sink or the toilet, It was impossible to properly prepare for my business meeting. When we notified the front desk they couldn't do anything for over an hour. we would have been late for are meeting.”

“We have stayed at this hotel twice over the past two years. Both experiences were very enjoyable. We needed to switch from a (1) King bed room to a (2) Doubles during this last trip and the staff went above and beyond to help us.”

• Outstanding room for the money. Updated, clean, and modern with flat screens and new fixtures.
• Shower was almost too hot if that can be a complaint!

• Hotel staff was excellent!
• No hot tub in pool area.

“The staff was so nice and accommodating! The room was excellent. The size was incredible for the price. I could have easily slept 6 in this room with the pull out couch. Very well kept and clean. I have stayed in "4-star hotels" that were not this nice. Amazing value all the way around. The only thing I could have asked for was a hot tub in the pool area.”

• Nicely remodeled. Feels new again.

“This is my kids favorite hotel. We love the large rooms and the pool. We do wish they would add a jacuzzi though. That would make our experience that much better. Friendly staff, nicely updated. Highly recommend.”

• They should put in a spa tub down by the pool.

“We've stayed at the Hyatt several times, love it. The room is excellent for the price, and we really enjoy the TV. We can even bring our own DVD player and hook it in easily, makes for a great date, with our choice of in-room movie :D The breakfast is nice enough, simple. Good value.”

• The room is very nice and comfortable.
• Everytime I stay at this hotel I dont get much rest as I think that wall are made of paper and you hear everything that goes on in the hotel.

“ If the rooms weren't so nice I wouldn't stay here as I don't get a lot of rest unless I have earplugs. The beds are OK but not the most comfortable. I stay at a lot of hotels so I have a lot of different hotels to compare to. If the beds were a little more comfortable and the rooms a little more quite. I would never stay anywhere else when I travel to Boise. However I hear everything that happens around me as I am a light sleeper, even if they put me on the fourth floor. ”

• Breakfast was scant. We ordered more that was overpriced and poor quality.

• Love the larger room size.

“We love staying here when we come to Boise. The rooms are larger than standard hotel sizes. With my husband and kids I don't feel like I tripping over someone in the room. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a great location.”

• I stayed here years ago when it was Ameri Suites. The new owner did an excellent job in remodeling and customer service.
• Hot water did not work well in shower.

• Very nice rooms and facilities, awesome TV hookups for games, etc.
• Shower/water closet room very small.

“Friendly staff, very clean and modern hotel, nice breakfast, Hookup panel for the flat screen
TV to hookup game systems, DVD players, computer, etc. TV is a 42" flat screen. Beds were comfortable, room quiet and large, very upscale for me. Would for sure stay here again.”

• Willingness to accomodate are bed request and location convenient to pool and parking.
• No ice machine on the main 1st floor that we could find. I would have liked some hot chocolate in the room along with coffee for the little ones.

“Pool was very cold. Something that the children looked forward to doing after a long day in the car and the water was very cold. The room was clean and the staff very nice. The light outside our window on the ground level was a landscape light that stayed on all night.”

• The rooms are very nice and there is lots of room. We were able to sit and visit comfortably on the sofa.
• I really can't think of anything other than we usually enjoy a hot tub and this hotel does not have one.

• I liked the decor and the helpfulness of the staff.
• I thought the bathroom was too small, hard to get in and out. The door with the toilet was so close.

“This hotel was awesome. The interior was beautiful and the exterior was attractive and welcoming. Our kids had a great time in the pool, although we were disappointed that there was not a hot tub. The room was spacious and very clean but the bathroom was too small. The location was excellent, close to shopping and dining. We had a great stay!”
