• Most of the staff was very accommodating.
• The lady at the front desk Friday night.

“My wife and I were attending a hockey game with friends in downtown boise. The hotel was not in walking distance, but offered free local shuttle. We had a friend drop my car off at the hotel and then planned to use their shuttle service as we would be having some drinks. I called the hotel and confirmed as well upon check in of the availability of this service. They assured no problem, was 6 min from the hotel. Ask how much notice needed to be given, both men at desk assured 10-15 min and that the service ended at midnight. At the end of our evening we called at 11:35pm to get picked up and the lady at the desk told us the driver was at the airport, would be off duty and that we would have to take a cab. She showed no empathy for our situation and was very short and snippy. I realize it was a complementary service, but felt the amount of preparation I did to arrange the pick up was a waste of time. We ended up having to get a ride and upon return to the hotel 11:50 the shuttle van was parked in front of the hotel. Not sure why the hotel would have this lady interacting with guests.”

• The hotel provided a crib for our one year old. The pillows were nice.
• The heater dried the air. The toilet needed fixing. The room was small. The shower head was broken and hardly any water came out. Bed was lumpy.

“Staff was polite, but the room was small and the heater was cheap, dried the air out and was very loud. Had to get up during the night repeatedly to adjust the heater. Finally, just turned the shower on hot to try and humidify the air. Miserable night.”

• Walking distance to BSU. Relatively nice, and clean hotel.
• Room was just not as updated; older T.V,, bathroom. No nearby breakfast alternative to overpriced hotel breakfast.

• I liked the helpfulness of the staff.
• Didn't have enough time to enjoy the room.

“From the time we arrived here, quite exhausted from our long drive, until we had to be up and on the road again at the crack of dawn the next day we loved this place. It was easy to get to off the freeway, we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies
and there was a star bucks right
off the lobby. The room was very
pretty - we were just so busy we didn't really spend
any time in it though. The staff took us in their free shuttle bus to our venue in town and then came and picked up us again at nearly midnight. We loved this place, I would love to go back and spend more time here and in Boise.

• Great staff, and awesome hot tub. Just a great place to stay.

“This hotel is great. When we checked in they gave us this yummy cookie. The room is nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable and clean. The hot tub and exercise room is open 24 hours and the hot tub was excellent. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely one of our best stays.”

• The view is spectacular and the beds are so comfortable!
• It's a little off the beaten track.

“The desk clerk was very friendly, offered us our choice of beds, and when I needed an extra bath towel, I had two within a matter of a couple of minutes. The lobby is a bit small. Everything worked, the room was clean and the beds are just way too comfortable. We slept like logs! Very quiet, too.”

• The greeting when we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was delightful!
• I would have to say no refrigerator or microwave.

• Great location and great price!
• Check in process was way too slow!

“Overall a wonderful value. Only negative was the wait to get checked in. We were traveling with a fussy baby and for some reason the gentleman behind the counter couldn't check us in, had to wait for a woman to return. By the time we got checked in the baby was beside himself and we were all stressed out! Otherwise, the rest of the stay and the accomodations were great!”

• Incredibly friendly and informed staff. Every employee went out of their way to be of service.

“The hotel was conveniently located to the heart of the city. There was transportation available from the hotel to the downtown area if desired. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, everything from a room on the top floor to an extra cookie! The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful in providing towels for the pool and every employee we spoke with was extremely friendly and considerate. There are restaurants located near the hotel offering a wide variety of menus. The view of the foothills of Boise was fantastic from the room. This is a very nice hotel!”

• The excesses room and hot tub were clean, well maintained, and a real treat!
• There was no continental breakfast.

“The staff was great, helpful. The facility was clean. The food at the restaurant was not worth a second try, and there was no continental breakfast. To pay for a breakfast on top of the room would be different if it was worth it. I would choose an English muffin for free next time. Other than that, it was a good experience.”

• Very comfortable beds, luxurious down comforters, looked and smelled clean and pleasant, prompt and helpful employees.
• No indoor pool, hot tub was not working.

“This hotel definitely met my expectations. We were met with warm cookies at check-in. The interior was very clean and smelled pleasant. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and we loved the down comforters. The rooms were roomy enough to not feel crowded while traveling with my spouse and 4 young children. We were pleased with our experience. We just wished there was an indoor pool as we were traveling in the winter.”

• Full size beds. Why not queen

“Great location. It is nearby to Boise State University and downtown Boise. Easy access to the connector which will take travelers to Boise Towne Square and the interstate. Nice indoor hot tub and exercise room.”

• Its close to BSU (Boise State University).
• Does not include breakfast.

“The room was small but attractive. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location of the hotel is close to downtown and BSU and also to many restaurants. It is not 4 star but is not a bad place to stay.”

“It was nice overall. Clean, well decorated, price was reasonable too. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast though. Not that close to a restaurant or fast food place. That is really what they're missing. Nice hot tub, nice pool but no breakfast.”

• Well designed rooms were very functional. The restaurant area had been turned into a business center that was amazing.
• Limited restaurant service (Starbucks) required a trip out of the hotel for real food but the staff at the cafe went out of the way to be helpful.

• Beds were awesome and the staff made you feel as though you were there most important guest.
• The only thing we didn't like was housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am on checkout day, when checkout time is 1pm.

“Rooms were very clean. We needed 2 attached rooms, one with a king the other with 2 beds. They worked there room planning around in order to accommodate us, with no extra charge! The kids loved the warm chocolate cookies given at check in. It is also convenient to most things in Boise, especially the collage, downtown and even the airport (about 10 minutes away). House keeping (other the minor checkout incident of waking us at 8am when checkout is not until 1pm) was awesome. They were very kind and actually talked to us and greeted us each day as we left the hotel for our daily activities. My family and I have stayed at many hotel around the country, and this is by far one of the best ones we have ever stayed at!”
