“Food excellent. The filet was the best I've ever had. The restaurant doesn't take reservations. We were told 2 hour to wait at 6:00 pm (which we expected), but it was 10:00pm until we were actually served. Still in all - worth it! Fortunately, there are other local bars you can wait in, and have a cocktail or 2.00pm before enjoying some fabulous beef. Carnivore heaven.”

“We get there and decide to order some drinks, I'm thinking Mexican restaurant - margaritas. Nope. Only 1 size and one flavor and nothing frozen. The 9 dollar margarita is the size of a martini and is not good at all. She tells me they have daiquiris and I get excited, however they aren't frozen either. Aren't they all frozen? Anyway the highlight of the evening was the gaucomole. Probably the best I have ever had. The service was terrible and not friendly at all. The food was dry and very bland. You are better off going to chipotle.”

  • Once the place is full, good luck getting drinks.

“Actually, this cafe is not Mexican. It's Cuban. The food portions are small, yes and the prices high. Be prepared to pay a bill of 120 dollars per couple, with a couple of drinks, entree and salad or soup. The salsa scene is attractive for some people looking to find a hook up for the night.”
