Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches
Jun 4, 2010 by donarumma@hotmail.com from albuquerque
Overall Rating: 1 User Rating Score: 1
Food:[1] • Service:[1] • Atmosphere:[1]

  • Nothing.
  • Sorry looking sandwiches, small, bad service and hot (no AC).

“My family owns a deli where I come from and I was craving some good deli sandwiches to enjoy with my wife. I just came back from there and I am very disappointed and angry that I spent $27 on two sorry looking, small sized sandwiches that were made with regular white bread (those loaf of bread you buy at Walmart for maybe 2 bucks.). I ordered a Muffaletta (which is supposed to have a Pistachio Mortadella, Capicolla Ham, Tomato and Olives). This sandwich had maybe half of a slice of Mortadella and a slice of Ham with some weird olives and carrots in the center. After being rushed by the cashier to place my order quickly I thought they were turning tables quick and expected a great sandwich. The place not not busy! It took almost 20 minutes waiting in this hot place (no, they do not have AC or do not like to turn it on) until I got this tiny sandwich in a brown bag with some Coleslaw. The sandwich cost was $6.75, and I promise anyone of you reading that any Subway sandwich is better and more filling than this one. The service was not friendly and the staff in the back was being loud and laughing. Now I understand why they rushed me to order, so they can get back to their & laughing and doing nothing in the back. My wife had a new & chicken lemon sandwich which when she tried she thought it to be a joke.”

Casa De Fiesta Mexican Grill
Jun 1, 2010 by Nicasio from Albuquerque, NM
Overall Rating: 1 User Rating Score: 1
Food:[1] • Service:[1] • Atmosphere:[1]

  • Nothing.
  • Everything.

“I went into this restaurant hoping to have a nice lunch with my love and some friends. It was extremely hot in the restaurant but figured why not give it a shot. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our drinks and about 45 minutes to get our food. Our waitress was talking on the phone and to the other employees even after we kept asking for more to drink. when we finally got our food it was cold and when I complained the manager felt that he would bring the waitress out so she could justify why the service was so horrible. I asked to speak with the manager not the waitress when I told her how horrible the service was I got.”

Owl Cafe
Dec 31, 2009 by Valerie Lindsey from Belen, NM
Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5
Food:[4] • Service:[8] • Atmosphere:[5]

  • Nice service.
  • Poor flavor though portions were large.

“First (and likely last) time I ate there. Ordered their homemade meatloaf and it was the worst I've ever had. Flies were numerous and it was not a good experience.”

Christy Mae's
Sep 25, 2009 by MAS from FL
Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[10]

  • The Croissant Sandwiches.
  • There's no Christie Mae's where I live.

“Christy Mae's is a hidden jewel. Great food, especially the croissant sandwiches. Quite popular so don't be surprised you may have to wait for a table.”
