• Crowded parking at times.

“I have known Achille since the 1980s when his restaurant, Achille's on Memorial, was located near Memorial & Dairy Ashford in Houston. The quality of Achille's food and service has always been constant and excellent. An added touch, at no extra charge, is conversing with Achille who always takes the time to converse with anyone who wants to speak to him. He also knows many of his customers by name which is rare these days. On my last visit I had 2 slices of cheese & pepperoni pizza. Delicious! The crust was baked to perfection; a thin light crust that is a meal in itself. My wife had the veal parmigiana with green salad. She thoroughly enjoyed her dinner. I have also had the Veal Scallopini which was heavenly. I highly recommend a visit to Achille's Express - it won't be your last.”

“I love to go to Achilles, It feels like home! Great food. The owner is very friendly. The address has changed though. It's been at 1111 Eldridge Parkway for a long time.”

• Food is great!
• Drinks are pricey.

“I've spent quite a bit of time in Italy and this restaurant is as close as it comes to really authentic Italian food. The costs are a little higher than most restaurants, but definitely worth it. The food is extremely flavorful! The bread bowl served to every table is very nice (the little Bow-Ties are my favorite). The service is very friendly but proper. The patio is awesome on a beautiful day or nice evening. Great for lunches with friends, a romantic dinner with your significant other, or a special family dinner.”

• I liked the cushions on the chairs, that is it.
• The service made you feel like it was a buffet where you are left to serve yourself!

“The food was not exactly what you would call original, it has all been done before. It was honestly a waste of time and money that I could be spending at a restaurant that is actually worth it! If you are into overpriced, meteoric food then Sierra Grill is the place for you!”

• Great location and ambience.
• Terrible food and service.

“Brocades are located in a charming house with a great patio in a hip area of Houston. Unfortunately, nothing else about the restaurant is worth mentioning. The food was terrible bland and flavorless, at best. Honestly, our meal was inedible. This was probably one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. We wound up packing up our entrees to go (and throwing them out later) and ended up down the street for dinner part II.”
