Enjoy eating Eritrean/ Ethiopian cuisine with your fingers from a platter at  Assab Eritrean Restaurant. It is the best Eritrean restaurant around to sample the authentic cuisine. Start with the spicy lentil soup and follow it with a main course of Sambusa which is a sampler platter with a little of everything, beef, chicken, tuna and mutton. They have many delicious vegetarian dishes, so scoop up those mushrooms, okra, zucchini with ineja or sourdough bread. Wash it all down with Ethiopian beer or guava and top off the meal with a glass of honey wine. Call for more information.
